A setback that forces me to stay in Bangkok for one more week (new appointment at the dentist!) Gives me the opportunity to take one week studious ... Tuesday was a cooking lesson with Chai Thai vegetarian recipes around ... A real treat but she insisted that I taste all the dishes ... So at noon, I had swallowed 6 dishes plus breakfast! My stomach held up, but I fasted until evening. I look forward to repeat these delicious dishes at home and I imagine many of you will want to try them! While waiting to get you the mouth water here is a simple recipe for a Thai dessert: sticky rice!

Here it's called sticky rice (which is closer to sticky if you want to translate exactly)

100 grams of white rice
50 g black glutinous rice (must be at Tang brothers ...)
coconut milk sugar

bananas and mangoes

Let stand overnight both rice in cold water. In the morning rinse and cook a few minutes to steam. Meanwhile, heat the coconut milk with sugar. When the rice is cooked place it on a plate and pour the coconut milk on top. Add the fruit around ... ready!
